Hotel cancel before 30 days before Check in Full Refund Hotel / lose race registration money (unless you bought Insurance, and have a covered claim)

Hotel cancel 29-2 days before check in lose $ 200 plus race fees (unless you bought Insurance, and have a covered claim)

Under 2 days No Refund (unless you bought Insurance, and have a covered claim)
