Race Bibs CANNOT be CANCELLED or TRANSFERED for any reason unless Disney changes rules 

Hotel cancel before 30 days before Check in Full Refund Hotel / lose race registration money

Hotel cancel 29-2 days before check in lose $ 200 plus race fees

Under 2 days No Refund
