Rooms & Tickets: All race participants hotel reservations must be made through Acclaim Travel. Participants can stay in any hotel they choose, however if they stay in one of the 2 available Disney host hotels, they will receive a discounted rate (runners can book multiple hotel rooms for their spectator friends).

• Disney's Pop Century Resort, discount rate, approximately $150 per night for a standard room, all taxes included.
• Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, discount rate, approximately $230 per night for a standard room, all taxes included.
• Multiple registrants can stay in one hotel room (up to 4, limited rooms can accomodiate up to 5).

Discount Park Tickets (minimum purchase 2 day ticket)

Two Day Magic Your Way® Base ticket price, approximately $212.00 or Two Day Magic Your Way® Ticket with Park Hopper® option approximately $282.00. (Annual Passholders & Cast Members see below for exemptions rules). Two day tickets can be upgraded prior to travel.

Annual Passholders & Cast Members:  Disney will waive the ticket requirement for all persons staying in the room. AP pass must be active and submitted at least 60 days before race, the earlier the better. If any non AP guest in room want discount park tickets I will have special link for them to go on and order discount tickets.
